ACMConf is a research conference aimed towards showcasing the work that CSE undergraduate students have done at UCSC's Baskin Engineering. The symposium will feature a mix of professor/professional keynote speaker(s), oral presentations from undergraduates, and a poster session.

What is a research conference?
A research conference serves as a platform for scholars to showcase their work, learn, collaborate, and network. Our conference specifically centers on the research endeavors undertaken by undergraduate students within Baskin Engineering at UCSC. The event will feature distinguished guest and keynote speakers, engaging presentations, and a poster session for attendees to explore, learn about, and connect with with the innovative research conducted by these emerging researchers.
Who can attend?
Everyone! If you are interested in presenting at the conference, please fill out our Abstract Submission Form. Aside from presenters, we encourage other students and faculty to attend and learn about the wonderful research done by Baskin undergraduates!

This event will take place late on May 28th, 2024 at UCSC Baskin Engineering E2-180.
Why participate?
The ACM Undergraduate Research Conference is a great way for students to showcase their work. The conference is a great stepping stone into the world of research. Students will:

How will we be reviewing abstracts?
We would love to accept all submissions, however based on space restrictions we may be selecting abstracts based on the following criteria:

What is needed for submission?
To submit to our research conference, please fill out our Abstract Submission Form. In the form please upload a upload a 2 page pdf containing your Introduction to the problem, Related work, Preliminary results, Conclusion / Next Steps. Please also submit your abstract through the form.
